I called this company to repair a simple leak. In addition to changing the faulty valve responsible for the leak, the repairman ended up changing the main valve for the whole house. I was charged $253.00 and my troubles were just beginning. The job resulted in a very low water pressure in the house and a deafening sound every time any source of water is turned on (washer, faucets, toilet flushing, etc..). And when I check on the price of the replaced valves, I found out

I had been charged twice as much as the listed price at home depot. Keep in mind, every time you call these guys they charge $50.00 just to show up at your house. So calling them back was only going to cost me more money.

My advice is steer away from these guys at any cost. Just call on the smaller business owners in town. They'll do as good a job at a much lower rate and with a friendlier face.

Had them do a sewer cleanout twice. Charged me both times ($250 and $400) even though they never fixed what I asked them to. Eventually told me the only way to fix it was to replace the sewer. They gave an estimate of around $10,000! Had another local company Woodruff Arnold do a cleanout. I asked how much they would replace the sewer for. They said $5-6000 but that it didn't need replaced. They told me I had roots blocking the pipe and that removing an evergreen bush out front that was causing the problem would solve this. They were correct! 2 years and no more back ups! Try Woodruff Arnold instead!
