        Overall

        Just moved to the Collinsville area and had to switch from Comcast to Charter. I called Charter two days ago to set up connection fo my Internet. TODAY Charter called trying to sell me more products? !



        If I wanted something else, I would have signed up for it on my initial call while they were trying to sell me more things. I was never very happy with Comcast, but at least they didn't constantly bother me with sales calls.



        This is why I NEVER agree to a contract. If Charter makes another sales call, I'll be going with a different provider.
