My wife and I bought a rig from this place back in January. The rig died the 4th day we had it and only the 5 the time started. They sent there mechanic Mikey is the persons name. The moron ran the engine with out the belt on. And caused the vehicle to over eat. They then took it to there shop. Were they said that it was fixed, they refused to bring it back to the house where they picked it up. And brought it to my wife's work. Where she tried to drive home to have it not make it 12 miles home. And have proceeded to tell us it's our fault. There idea of making it right was giving$400 towards a new $2000 engine. If this place was on fire I wouldn't walk across the street to piss on it.

Beyond awful. Spent $90 in an Uber and an hour ride to marrysville with my daughter just to get here and be denied the car I was promise. They ended up giving me a "deal" on a crappie car that dI'd within hours of pulling off the lot $1400 down the drain and now I'm jobless. Take your hard earned money elsewhere!
Automotive Diagnostic Center, Marysville, WA: I had done business with Mr. Wilbur over a year and ½ (September 2014-May 2016). In that time, I put over $11,000 into his business, including an engine rebuild. I would say I got about 55% good and 45% bad for my money. He has problems with some of his parts (distributor, alternator), and some of his mechanics (leaving parts loose or forgetting to do work, overfilling at oil changes repeatedly, and putting coil wire near engine so as to die on the road). His A/C mechanic mis-diagnosed twice at my cost, though Mr. Wilbur promised air blowing "popsicle sticks." Also, once Mr. Wilbur has determined my bill, he has typically refused to change it, no matter how ridiculous his charges are. He comes across as knowledgeable and friendly, until you realize he overcharges, and there are too many recurrent problems from the work done there. He claims higher prices for the supposed quality. This is not the case at all.Mr. Wilbur refuses to honor one of his warranties. An alternator was installed on 12/2/15 by one of his mechanics. On 12/3/15, a check engine light came on, and it looked like a problem. I called Mr. Wilbur, and he said to bring it in. The check engine light went out by the time I arrived there. Mr. Wilbur seemed happy at this, and did not have his mechanic take a look. Six and ½ months later, Mr. Wilbur’s alternator not only failed, but it also destroyed my PCM (confirmed later by a separate mechanic after Mr. Wilbur's alternator destroyed other new PCMs until the alternator was replaced). I called to Mr. Wilbur since I was stranded out of town with his failed alternator. He did not respond back in almost 2 business days, so I had to call again and take care of it myself. Yet, he refuses to reimburse me to this day, and it has cost me an added $1480.72 because I went to his shop. If he would have reimbursed me fairly, I would not have had to write this. I see others have had similar experiences with Mr. Wilbur.
The truck I have bought from Mt Loop Motors for $8000.00 a month ago has been in the shop more than I have used it. First problem was the alignment, a bad hub assembly and next ABS lights out indicating a bad module. Seems to me a comprehensive safety check would have caught this and the braking system repaired prior to placing it on their lot for sale. When I took it in to Les Swab the manager informed me the codes had been erased, hence the reason the service light was not on when I purchased the truck. I paid for an alignment, new hub assembly and new tires to replace the bad ones that came with the truck. On my way to dropping it off with them to "fix" the braking system the windshield started leaking water into the cab of the truck. Now an added bonus, after having to leave the truck with them for a week I pick it up and the back brakes are still shimming, the windshield installed by their installers (paid by me) was not fully installed. The bottom panel that holds the blades and secures the bottom rubber seal was left just sitting in place. On the left side panel where it should have been secured with a screw it was busted and the screw missing. The other side they didnt even bother to screw it in! After a week of them having it I picked it up I parked it. On 10/28 I decided to take a trip 350 miles away. On the way to my destination the transmission went out and stranded me. The Chevrolet mechanic explained, although the transmission fluid appeared to be fresh when checking it prior to buying, it is common for dealers to mask a bad transmission buy changing out fluid. It will be $3000.00 to replace. I have yet to hear back from the owners regarding the transmission replacement. Requests to have the owners contact me continue to be ignored. I am on the hook for $8000.00 for a vehicle which was marketed by the car lot to have the expectation to be fit for ordinary driving purposes for a reasonable amount of time.
The staff was very friendly and knowledgeable and their prices were comparable to what I could get off the internet. Will be back for more work on the truck.
