This is Mike... horrible service .. paid 50$ for diagnostic then was called a day later to tell me they are gonna need to do another diagnostic because the first one didn't tell them anything.. So I ok'd it.... 3 days later they call me back saying that my ecu fuse keeps popping and the bill is now 140... I then stated what happened to the $50 plus $50 for both diagnostics ... he immediately got offensive and told me I could pay or be charged $60 a day for a storage fee if my car was there. ... I showed up to the office and asked him about the extra $40 charges and he called to police over nothing lol.... Paid him his $140 but he will never get my business again... It may be because I'm black that he acted in such a way?
They came out for a diagnostic on my car as the engine began making noise after another mechanic replaced the oil pan. They gave me an estimate of $500 and told me they needed to be paid PRIOR to beginning the work. Then they backed out and said I needed a teardown estimate before they would work on my car, they should have told me that in the beginning. Finally after threatening to take them to small claims after a BAR review in my favor, they repaired mt car for $311 but didn't use a new oil pan gasket. Now my car leaks oil like crazy and they refuse to do anything. Do not use these people, go somewhere else!!!
Yes I took them my carb over a month ago they told me it would take 3 days to rebuild after a week I call to find out about it and were verry rude they said did we call you I said no I'm calling to find out about it here it is a month latter no phone call nothen verry unprofessional and disrespectful I would not recommend this place at all
Brians Auto Care Center is neat & accommodating to access, with a well lighted lot, safe, very secure (meaning no visual threats). The listening aspects are top of the line with an obvious interest in hearing the customer about the problem at hand. Many questions are asked regarding the customer's observations & an intelligent diagnosis is their goal to get you running again. Honesty is profound so you know the options with no impulse to "sell" you. Ethics is demonstrated with feedback regarding the "process". Automobiles are not to be categorized as uncomplicated, especially with the latest technology in design, these days.I had a vehicle that had not been serviced by Ford on a major safety Recall. It was out of the time limits because the previous owner had tried to get the problem solved with "back yard mechanics". There was much to do to diagnose my vehicle & UNDO what had been done. Who ever knows what pre owned vehicles have gone through using ego minded $$ "experts?Brians Auto Care Center had previously recharged an AC system on another vehicle I had owned several years ago & they were professional & thorough, because I had front and rear AC options. It was for this reason that I went back to Brians Auto Care Center, and it was based on the work they did before, the competency they demonstrated and how fair they were with the price. I also observed Brian's treatment of other customers while I waited & it was all professional & respectful. Brian's has years of experience on domestic & foreign vehicles! (I am a Senior & spent my entire career as an operations auditor in the aerospace industry on very complicated defense systems & military reliance.) My instincts are well honed and I recommend Brians Auto Care Center to anyone that wants professionalism, the truth, a thorough job done right and no questions I would have to ask, like: (Did you test drive it after you fixed it?) That says it all as far as I am concerned. You won't be disappointed.
Bad guy! Was working on a clients van at this shop and he kicked me off his property halfway through the job. I left with no pay and he wanted to charge me $40 for running my vacuum. Wow!
My car had a serious head gasket issue and the shop got it repaired, and I'm back running again. Thanks to Brian's work ethic; the rapport we established during this ordeal; his team of mechanics and his whole auto care network, they got my car working again. A big shout out to Brain, his crew, and all that were involved in getting my car running again. It's one thing to be a good shop that does a good job fixing cars. But it means much more when the owner and staff of the shop also cares about the customers that come to them. The quality of the repairs were excellent as Brian's willingness to understand and his accommodating actions in working with me. It wasn't all about just the money with him. I looking foreword to working with Brian in the future on my car needs to maintain my car. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS GUY! I SCHEDULED AN APPOINTMENT WITH KENT, HE TOLD ME I WILL SEE YOU THE NEXT DAY AT SO AND SO TIME. SO HERE I AM AT HOME THE NEXT DAY WAITING AROUND THE HOUSE FOR KENT TO CALL OR COME BY. NOW IT'S AN HOUR PAST THE TIME THAT THE APPOINTMENT WAS SET FOR NO KENT, NOT EVEN A CALL TO TELL ME WHAT'S GOING ON. SO I FINALLY GET A HOLD OF KENT AFTER THE THIRD CALL OF CALLING HIM AND ASK HIM WHAT TIME WILL YOU BE BY SINCE WE WERE SUPPOSE TO MEET AN HOUR AGO AND HE TELLS ME OH I WON'T BE COMING OUT THERE TODAY THAT HE DON'T HAVE THE TIME TO STOP BY. WHAT KIND OF GOOD BUSINESS IS THAT. THIS IS BAD BUSINESS AND I WOULD NOT USE OR RECOMMEND HIM TO ANYONE!!!
These guys are very honest and really know how to fix a car right the first time!
They took my money and never showed up and never called. They would not answer the phone. When I finally obtained their personal number they closed the shop for the day so I couldn't get my money refunded. They lied on multiple occasions. Beware...do not use this shop under any circumstances
they save me lot of money on my brakes. I will be back
