        One of their truck drivers made a horrible turn at a stop sign an wrecked the front part of my car. My claim was denied and "sent off into the mail" before I was even informed. They did nothing to help me when I was not at fault. The truck driver lied and got away with it. Of course they believe him because they don't want to pay. Ignoring my calls and voicemails. I will be taking legal action.

        I have never experience such HORRIBLE customer service. The "Senior Claim Adjustor" yelled at me over the phone, belittled me & disregarded anything I had to say. She failed to explain how the payment (for the auto shop) would be taken care of and refused to work with my situation. She talked over me when I tried to talk and hung up on the auto shop handling repairs. She was unprofessional and beyond rude to me and the auto shop. I would never refer anyone to this company!!
