Great dentists & staff!

Saw Dr Snyder for a cavity that turned out to be worse than I thought. He offered me several options and disclosed the price up front. In the end the tooth had to be extracted. The entire time I was there Dr Snyder and he staff consistently checked on me. They made sure I was never uncomfortable or in any pain. I would definitely recommend them to a friend or colleague!

Overall

I had nothing but issues getting a crown on it was replaced three times and is still not correct. I thne went in on a scheduled appt. to get my teeth cleaned to find when they would replace the crown again, only to find out they didn't schedule the aapt for my cleaning.



So I had waited a month for nothing. I stormed out of office and slamed the door. I then received a letter stating that because I slammed the door I was to seek Dental care somewhere else.



I guess this is how you get out of fixing their mistakes, but oph yeah , please settle my bill before any records will be released.



Yes, no slamming of doors but I cannot even eat on the tooth, but they can just lose appt, and mess up teeth and we are suppose to be fine with it.



Will definitely NOT recommend this Dental facility to anyone.

I have been associated with Dr. John Martins office for many years. The staff is very courteous and friendly. I would not see any other dentist. If there would be a problem with staff I would talk to Dr. Martin. The only way he is going to know there is a problem and by talking to him. Great Office

Dr. Martin give my mother a smile she's not afraid to show off. I really appreciate the care and concern he showed while fixing her teeth.

Best Dentist and Office Staff

We have gone to Dr. Martins for about 13 yrs.. every single visit has been actually pretty awesome (even if we have a cavity). Our kids LOVE going to the dentist... Shelly is great with kids. The enviroment is professional.. yet comfortable. They know us by name and are quick to get us in right at our appointment time. I cannot say enough about Dr. John Martin and the rest of his office team.

dentistry is good, billing dept. is incompetent and rude

Our family of six spent many years using Dr. Martin's services. But the previous and especially the current person in charge of billing, Laura, we consider rude, and someone who can't seem to understand that at some point parents are no longer responsible for their grown children who are no longer their dependents and are responsible for their own debts. We will no longer use this offices services.

Unfortunately it is necessary for all patients to be responsible for their outstanding accounts. We do offer outside financing options to all patients but were no longer able to carry large balances on family accounts. We regret the loss of any patient, however as in any business payment must be received in a timely manner.
