- In 1988, Tracy moved to Martinsburg to begin a new job with the West Virginia Air National Guard. He was determined to stay a couple of years and go back "home" to southern West Virginia. I soon discovered, like most of you have, that I was at home in the Eastern Panhandle. I am now very active in the local community, serving on the Thunder over The Blue Ridge Board and coaching local youth soccer teams. Tracy has spent the last 25 years serving in the Air National Guard. During that time he has graduated from Shepherd University with a degree in Business Adminstration and received a Master's in Business Administration from West Virginia University.
