Absolute disgrace. Being 25 and a new homeowner my husband and I hired what we thought was a honest and humble guy to paint our entire house. We didn't know that he hires out crews to do the work. First of all, he lacks communication with his crew, he bought the cheapest paint there was to offer and then he treated the painters terrible which in turn they rushed and didn't care about the job they were doing. Not once did he come to check up on their work and even bought the wrong paint color for my cabinets. My house is a disaster. Paint on my things, carpets, and not to mention the down right laziness of paint on the walls and trim. Sloppy mess. I could of done it better myself. I thought I was treating myself to hiring platinum homes. Tassos is a liar. He will try to smooth things over saying he will bring another crew in to fix everything and then 3 weeks later still nothing! I have been more than fair and patient but in return I get accused of "not being patient" and "I knew you should of never paid the painters until the final inspection." Newsflash: I was told to pay them!! I will be telling everyone about my experience. I don't know how you can sleep at night. Oh that's right, easily.

As a Realtor. I hired Platinum to initially do some painting work for an out of state seller. They did not start as promised. Work was average at best. Then needed a new roof put on. His crew he hired did a poor job. Jobsite was dirty. Neighbors complained about debris blowing in their yards. Job took about two weeks for a small house roof. I'm not even sure if his crew had done roof replacements before. So many mistakes were made and lies were told about items done and they were not. Platinum (Taso) promised to get another contractor out to complete and fixe the work that was done incorrectly. Promise after promise and the work never got completed. Had to get someone else to complete the work 2 days prior to settlement. Taso promised to pay for this additional work completed since he had contacted my out of state seller directly and got his full payment before I approved of the completed work with home inspector coming back to see repairs were completed.
Now after 2 months of promise payments. You can believe all the lies told. It was sent out in the mail today, it was sent out in the mail yesterday, it will be sent out on this day, I don't get it. Can I stop by Friday or Saturday to drop off the check? That's the same address I have as well. Sometime in the evening would be best if possible. Sorry for this., I'll be in Williamsport on Thursday I will be dropping it off then sorry about all this, I will stop by this week 100% I'm aiming for tomorrow or Wednesday, etc…”
All I can say is beware. Seems like a nice guy but don’t let that fool you. Always full of excuses.

I hired the company to repaint my entire house, top to bottom. When the owner, Tassos Trypanis, and his crew came in, they were clean, professional and knew exactly what they were doing. And they price jobs very fair considering the exceptional work that they do. I'd hired him again anytime I need something done around my house.
