Horrible customer service and stereotypical salesman. I'm still waiting on a call back from them but I guess after 3 months i should give up lol.....go elsewhere if you need a little help with financing and if you want a fair price for your trade.
I recently bought a Nissan from this dealer. And while test driving it I told them the Check Engine Light was on. They said they would fix it. They did not. They "Cleared it" not fixed it. They said if it came back on to bring the car back. And we did and now they don't want to bother with the codes showing up. And they say they don't cover what is wrong withit. Why should they come out of pocket? What? I am sorry you said bring it back to fix it. And NOW you are not going to fix it. This is the second car we got from this dealer. You would think they would want to make a repeat customer happy with a repair. Not the case. Will pick up car and have to fix it ourselves. Very disappointed in the service we got this time around.
By far the absolute worst experience ever had buying a vehicle. I can not stress enough what a terrible person Jeff (the owner) is. You will be left with a large loan, no vehicle and be given nothing but the run around. Most dishonest man I have ever had the displeasure of meeting. DO NOT BUY FROM THIS BUISNESS.!!
Bought two autos from this dealer not even two wks ago both autos are in the repair shop with major problems Was assured promised then lied too was told these repairs would be done as part of buying cars not so the lying blow hard bully of an owner Joe refuses to fix vehicles Attorney General for Wv contacted inquiry started. Do yourself and your wallet a favour stay away also do back ground check on sales staff criminals/felons
The people at this dealership are the bestThey take the time to find out what kind of vehicle you're looking for and do their best to get you what you want and make sure you're happy with the deal I went there and bought my vehicle recently and there was no hard sell I would highly recommend them to anyone that is looking for a good used vehicle
Excellent service kind courteous..a breath of fresh air for a used car dealer..highly recommended
Excellent Service as well. If you need a new or used vehicle go see Bobby Budzyn. He is long time employee of the dealership and is knowledgeable but not high pressure. Niki in finance is very helpful as well. This is my second purchase from Bobby and Apple Valley Chevrolet.
Excellent service all the way around! Salesmen go above and beyond to make sure you're happy and the service department will make it a quick and easy process when doing your maintenance. My wife and I have bought 2 cars from Apple Valley and couldn't be happier... Thank you!
The dealership tried to get me to authorize service that was not needed claiming that two of my tire sensors were bad on the right hand side of the car. the let me leave the dealership with the tire pressure system in alarm and showing on my dash. After researching on-line, I found the manual reset process and was able to get the system reset and the tire pressures reading on all four tires. The only problem is that they were filled with nitrogen and now I have to take them in to be refilled with nitrogen again. The dealership wanted to charge me well over 200 dollars for a sensor replacement that was not needed. My faith in this dealership is gone. This is the third strike. I will not purchase a car from them again or have my car serviced there again. I had two other previous problems with this service department and like I said, this is the third strike.
