Martins Ferry City Hall

We are from Trumbull County. We went to WV for a family reunion with our two kids and broke down in Martins Ferry. It was 90 degrees out. We had to wave a police man over to see how we would get help and he was more than willing to help. He went to a friends house and got my husband the tools that he needed, then he took him to Auto Zone to get the grease he needed to free the breaks from our wheel that had locked. I have no idea what we would have done without this policemans help. I do not want to forget to mention the guy that stopped in a red truck with his little boy that helped by taking off the brake pad while my husband was at Auto Zone. This goes to show that there really are still people ot there that care enough to take some time out of their day to help a stranger.
