I reserved a 10' truck from this location and even did the online check-in to save myself some time for my move. I calculated the mileage on my overall round trip and specifically chose this location because I have to pick up items from multiple places and this store was centrally located. I arrived at my scheduled pickup time and date and the cashier went through the process to get the truck, they place a hold on my card and I go outside to pick it up. Imagine my surprise when the woman outside pulls a VAN around instead of the 10' TRUCK I reserved. I tell her that I reserved a truck and and insisted the reservation said van. I pulled up my reservation email and low and behold it shows that I had reserved the 10' truck. The cashier tells me that they have no trucks available, even though there are several on the lot (What makes those reservations take precedence over mine I have no idea). He claims to have cancelled the transaction but as of now I still see the pending hold on my account. This entire experience has been extremely frustrating and I didn't revive so much as even an apology from the associates at this location. Under NO CIRCUMSTANCE would I recommend anyone reserve or rent a truck from here.
Very slow, understaffed. Plan plenty of time for any type of service
We had a horrible experience with A Red Chair. We ordered furniture on September 15th and they never delivered it. We waited until October 31st and went to the store to get a refund. Shane said he could not refund us because they had changed credit card processors. We had to call our bank to dispute the charge. Every time we called them, they didn't know where our furniture was or when it would arrive. Every time we asked for a refund, they made up a reason why they could not give one. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
They did not have the truck I rented. The website confirmed that I could rent a 26 foot truck at this location. However, this location does not even own anything bigger than a 16 foot truck. The quote and actual invoice had a difference of $200. This is due to their hidden fees such as, "GDW", "Special Tax", "Waste Supplies" and an enormus sales tax of 11.25%. I returned the truck clean and full and the manager, Scott cannot provide me a reasonable justification.They do not want your business and it shows. Horrible experience, I will never use Ryder again.
