        The customer service and the communication is horrible! My postal delivery lady does not do her job! She says she tried to get a signature but I'm home primarily all the time!!! Then she does not leave any notification card that there is a package to be picked up! The package was from Israel and should have been held for 30 days! They held it for 15 days they said but I was not notified! This is happening more and more very sloppy and lazy! I have complained to the next chain of command!
