They ladies at the front desk are very rude. On two occasions I have showed up for my OB appontment and they had no idea I even had an appointment until I showed them my appointment card. When I did that she rolled her eyes and sighed. I called once to ask when my next appointment was and found out I had missed it. When I asked how come I did not get a call reminding me of my upcoming appointment I was placed on hold for 10 mins then was hung up on. When I called back I got a different lady who also rudely informed me they no longer give reminder calls unless you are a new patient. This office should have a nicer staff and if other doctors in America can give appointment reminder calls before appointments they should as well.
