I have never been to a faster most efficient system of customer service in a pharmacy. A script that takes 2hrs to fill, was filled in ten minutes. I promise you I'm going here from now on. Service was Soooooo quick that when she called my name, I thought there was a problem like at Walgreens. However, I was actually called to ring up my script. Good deal! Pleasantly.



i don't know what the expectat...

i don't know what the expectations was . this person wanted everyone to drop what they were doing and focus just on them. i have been going to majorias for over 30 years and i have never had an unpleasant experience. the person identifed in the complaint as ranchero does not know how to run a sucessful business . majorias in marrero and terrytown are both sucessful and are owned by competant and caring people. if there was a problem with the service that person should have asked for the owner and i'm sure he would have resolved the problem he is that kind of person. all i know is majorias is effecient and caring group of professionals who goes beyond when it is called for.

bad customer service

I went in for the first time which I was recommend by a doctor, I go in the lady says my insurance does not cover my meds which is impossible I call the insurance they say it is covered and no one has tired to call or fill a claim with my insurance, I go back explain to them what they informed me and if they had any problems to call my insurance they lady was not helpful at all she had an attitude and told me I need to call them before I got into e argument with the lady I just left and went to walgreens which they gave me no problems or even mention my insurance didn't cover. what I don't understand is if she didn't want to help or do her job she should not treat ppl that way especially if its a first time customer this store has no type of organization, when u first walk in everyone is just standing there until someone says, " can I help who's next." which you don't kno who's next because everyone is just standing there. a little advice would be to have a line formed so the customers won't be confused on who's next. overall the store is nice and clean but they need to learn how to treat first time customers, with my experience I would not recommend anyone or go back.
