This has got to be the worst place in marlton!!! They are rude and very unprofessional and shouldn't have and contact with the general public!!!! The manager is the worst and has no people skills and should be fired!!!!!!!

Very Unprofessional Establishment

This was the worst service at a salon I have ever received. Got a 1/2 off offer from Social Advantage, so I thought I would give it a try. My first impression was that the place was not very attractive or professional looking and was untidy. I waited 20-25 minutes past my appointment time while my "stylist" was working on someone else. When she finally got to me, she talked non-stop, like she was on some kind of drug. My root touch up was terrible (I still had some gray hair after the color), the cut was choppy and now my hair is unmanageable, and all this misery took over 2 hours. Then at checkout, they had the audacity to say I owed them $20.00 over and above my $100.00 voucher. I also bought a coupon for a mani/pedi, which I am going to try to return to Social Advantage for a refund. Do yourself a favor and never visit this place, coupon or not.

I am the proud owner of Salon Escada. I realize that everyone is entitled to their own opion, but in this case I felt the need to respond. My salon was completely renovated about 3 years ago. To say my salon in not attractive or unprofessional looking, I feel is a matter of taste. Everything in here is new, and I think it is beautiful, as do most of our clients. As far as the salon looking dirty, the client was in at the end of a very busy day, and I if the trash cans were full, or if there were towels laying around, I guess maybe the client could interpret that is dirty, however the salon is thoroughly cleaned from top to bottom every week. As far as the wait time, I do apologize to the client for the fact that she had to wait 20-25 minutes. Unfortunately in this type of business things happen that are not able to be controlled that cause a stylist to fall behind at times. It's not an exact science. Finally, I would like to address the comment about one of my stylists being on some kind of drug. This comment was hurtful and a little out of line. I can assure you that none of my staff has ever come to work, or even ever shown any kind of signs of being under the influence of drugs. The stylist that took care of this client is an excellent stylist with 15 years experience. She is a very social person who enjoys engaging in conversation. To post a personal comment like that about someone you really don't know is unfair and mean spirited. I am sorry this client did not enjoy her experience in our salon. Our number one goal is client satisfaction.

Fabulous salon!

I went to Salon Escada today and had my hair colored and cut by a young woman named Mellisa. Folks I'm not kidding you this is the best color/cut I've had in years. In addition...She and everyone else were very warm and friendly. Def. be back in 6 weeks for my touch up!!

Amazing service, always with a smile

My family, including myself have been going to Salon Escada for hair,nails,waxing for the past five years. We actually look forward to going...there's always a positive and comfortable atmosphere (and now they're expanding!) Women, definitely go for weddings, parties, proms, or whatever occasion...And men don't be hesitant, great men's cuts. For the money and service Salon Escada is the best choice in the South Jersey area.
