Placed an order for pick up, when i arrived the order was not ready, which was fine. I then ordered a slice of pizza while i waited and the girl behind tje counter took my money for the whole order including the slice, but forgot to give me my slice. When i asked about it, she huffed and i suppose she felt overwhelmed, and was very curt at my questioning. When she finally got around to getting the slice of pizza into the oven, her blonde hair that was not tied back at all was in the pizza. When she finally handed me the entire order, i just disposed of the slice. When i got home with the whole order the food was not that good. It was way over prices for the portions and quality was clearly not a priority of theirs. This place may have new owners, but it is a total loss in my oppinion.

From Business: Cucina Carini Pizza Grill and Restaurant has been serving the South Jersey area since 1992. Conveniently located on Hainesport-Mount Laurel Road, across from Hill…
New to area, tried since had a coupon. Apparently have new owners who would not honor coupon. Poor customer service. Could not care less if they lose a customer. Guess there was a reason restaurant was empty on a saturday night.
Great food and fast reliable delivery never once had my order late or incorrect. Great for last minute meals after a long day.
I called there this evening to order a meal. The gentleman who answered the phone was EXTREMELY curt to the point of rude and tried to charge me WAY TOO MUCH for a meal that consisted of Mozzarella sticks (2 orders); a large pizza; a wrap, a stromboli, a child sized chicken fingers meal, a 2 liter and a spaghetti dinner. I had asked that they send alfredo sauce instead of marinara for the mozzarella sticks and was advised (not so kindly) that there would be an "upcharge" for this- which I was fine with. The order was entered and then he proceeded to tell me that they would take approximately 30-45 minutes to deliver (I was ok with this as well). I had to ask for a total and you would have thought that I was asking him to murder his dog. He huffed that he would have to place me on hold to which I replied that it was ok. He came back on the line and advised me that the total of our meal was $80 and change. I got off the phone in utter disbelief and ran to the menu to total the order. My total, based on the menu prices, was just over $60, with Tax about $65. This leads me to believe that I was being charged ALMOST TWENTY DOLLARS MORE for the Alfredo Up-charge??? ABSOLUTELY DESPICABLE. Needless to say, I cancelled the order and our Marcello's menu is now in the TRASH. I will NEVER order from them again and WILL be advising ALL of my friends, neighbors and co-workers of this experience. Such a shame.
I ordered Alfredo chicken pasta in breadbowl, but it came on a pizza dough not in a breadbowl. And the Alfredo sauce was absorbed all in the pizza dough so that the pasta had no sauce on it. Also they baked it in the oven so the pasta was very dried and hard. I felt like eating pizza dough with uncooked pasta without sauce on it. I called and complained about the food taste but they said they make it the way how they like it. They also said I need to order extra sauce if I want to taste sauce and hung up. I called back but they don't answer. They are the worst restaurant ever!!!
I ordered a buffalo chicken sandwich. I think they forgot the chicken. It was mainly bread. I was very disappointed with it.
We had a coupon for pizza so we tried it a few months ago. Needless to say, my family thinks it is HANDS DOWN the best pizza in the Marlton area! We order EVERY Friday night!
Wow...sounds like a bitter ex employee below! I've been eating lunch a few times a month at Scotto's Crispin Square for years. They have the best and biggest variety of pizzas. Their non-self-serve salad bar is top notch....and very fresh. And not like Salad Works who charges for each additional tiny amount of ingredients. If it was so bad...it wouldn't be so crowded EVERY day! Love it! Oh....they're very friendly to the customers. :)
Absolutely horrible service and customer service! Ordered a medium pizza and 25 wings on a Thursday night at 6pm. Promised 45 minute delivery - it took an hour and a half. Pizza arrived cold and they forgot the sauce for the wings. I called several times to ask about delivery status and was just brushed off. The "manager" refused to even come to the phone at about the 80 minute mark. They used to be good but the food quality, customer service and delivery has gone down the drain lately. This is not the first time this did this to us. I'm done with them.
My daughter's wedding was at Indian Spring country club where Marco's is. It was perfect. The wedding coordinator was unbelievably fantastic. Cyndy made everything so easy. I would recommend this venue with Cyndy's assistance to everyone. The food was creative and delicious and staff were wonderful.
