I wouldn't even give these idiots one star! They totally screwed up my bike and gave me minus ten customer service. I bought a HD 2009 electra glide ultra classic and it was headaches from the start! First, the battery didn't start the first two times I went to check out the bike. Then they let me drive it off the lot with 2 bad tires, rot and baldness, a faulty front brake lever, bad rotors and brake pads on rear tire, and an ABS light that was on constantly. And then they lie and say the bike was serviced. Then when I bring it in after it fails inspection, they fight with me over the tires and someone puts the wrong brake fluid in the bike. A week later when I go to pick up the bike, they lose my keys, can't find my invoices for servicing, and the abs light and problems still haven't been fixed. So I guess I was lied to, by the owner, when he said it was fixed and road tested. He, himself, got on and tried the bike and immediately put it back in the shop. That's the last I ever got to speak with him because his general manager and everyone else along the way blocked me from talking to him. So they have it for another 3 weeks while I miss all the bike blessings and beginning of the year runs and even memorial day weekend. they had to send it to the harley dealership because they were to inept to fix it. The harley guy tells me that they put in the wrong brake fluid. Also, the brake lines in front have to be replaced, a speed sensor put in, the master cylinder rebuilt, and a missing antenna put on. All the while, I get nothing but lies and they try to act like they're doing me favors. So, I'm paying on the bike for a month, paying registration and insurance, got a second job to do this, have missed a month of beautiful weather, bike runs, and holidays and when I finally get the bike, it's not detailed, it's delivered late, and (even though we talked in detail and promises were made the day before ) it arrives with not a single service record. Now one would expect them to make up for this month of madness by throwing in something free to ease their faults, and at first they offer pipes at a discount price but then they continue to have delays and worst of all give me attitudes after lying directly to me multiple times and being rude/disrespectful, so I told them to keep their pipes and not think that they are doing me any favors. I was polite until the bike drop off when I didn't get my service records. Anyways, steer clear of them because they are the worst of the worst!!!
gave them the down payment and my bike still sat out front for sale!!! Then it took well over a week for them to deliver it. I will never shop there again!!!!!
Not guaranteed financing. They wont even call you back. I know my credit wasnt good and i told scott that. He wanted to run my credit and said he would call back. He never did. Guaranteed not to call back
