Overall

Horrible photos at a horrible price! My daughter came home crying because they wouldn't let her just take a normal picture, she had to make all these dumb poses. I didn't think much about it until I saw the pictures and realized that she was right to be so worked up. Very unprofessional if you ask me.

Overall

They were absolutely horrible. They were hired to do the class pictures for my son's school. I prepaid online and thought I was done. The next morning, I found two identical charges from them on my account. When i made my payment, my card was declined the first time because I accidentally type the wrong zip code associated with the billing address for my card. I found the error and proceeded to resubmit my payment. When I called the next morning about the duplicate charges, I was told there was a 24-48 hour hold on the money. My payment had been declined meaning the company did not have a proper information to access my account. A declined charge should never show as pending on an account considering this means the payment processing company was unable to access the correct information and could not gain access to the funds. Some how, however, they gained access. And, as if to make me feel better, the customer service rep told me had i entered the information wrong 5 times...it would show up 5 consecutive times on my account, each one with a 24-48 hour hold. So on top of the ASTRONOMICAL prices for pictures (class photos are even 10$), double the amount was removed from my account. Their customer service department said this is a regular process, but having worked in online order processing for many years, never once had my customer's card been declined and our company show up on the account. It was absolutely deplorable!!!!
