I called to inquire about my Dad, who's staying for Rehab after surgery. After 4 days into his 5-10day "imprisonment" they still haven't started any therapy, let alone give respect or dignity. After he rang for help getting to his bathroom for 30+mins, shared w/3 others, he gave up & released his bowels in bed. When I called to inquire about WHY they've ignored his bell, they said they were busy with other clients in the cafeteria. That's malpractice IMO. Seeking alternative care asap.
