Overall
POOR SERVICE!

I recently had a death in the family two days before thankgiving. My Aunt and Uncle had no time to plan for a Thanksgiving dinner, and after losing their son, really had no interest in it. I volunteered to bring a Thanksgiving meal to them and their immediate family. I made arrangement with bob Evans for a meal in the $75.00 range, and was to pick it up at 11:30 on Thanksgiving day. When I got to the restaurant to pick it up, Bob Evans was closed.

I was very clear about the pick up time and date when I placed the order, and even shared the reason I was ordering this meal. I can only think of two reasons they were unavailable; the person taking the order didn't know they were closed on Thanksgiving, or someone had some fun at my expense.

I was initially referred to Bob Evans by the local (Marion) Krogers as a good place to go get a large meal that required no preparation. Krogers is where I had to go after Bob Evans to get a meal that had to be warmed up, and required considerable prep.

Next time I will take names, it may not help, but hopefully you will not have a similar experience.
