The lanes are in okay condition, however the customer service is less than satisfactory. Unless you are part of a league or large group of bowlers, they do not want you there. Been to this alley several times hoping that my bad experience was a one time deal, unfortunately they have unfriendly staff that does not make you feel welcome and they literally send a message that you are imposing on them. I can see why there isn't anyone bowling there. I recommend Skyland Lanes in Asheville, or Colonial Lanes in Hickory. They have good lanes and are friendly. If you don't want to drive 45 minutes away, you will have more fun using the Wii bowling game at home.

I take my family to Lightning Lanes in Marion all the time. They have a great special on Wednesday night that makes bowling affordable for families. Five dollars will get you three games and a slice of pizza and small drink! It's a family run business (not an AMF house where the prices are ridiculous) and the owners are always there. They would be more than happy to address any concerns!
Came through Marion and stayed @ the Hampton Inn. With the lack of restaraunts around, I called Titan at 9:30 and they still were more than happy to deliver my food over to me as late as it was. When I called in I got phenomenal phone service and they asked multiple times "are you sure there is nothing else the driver can bring you?" I was very impressed.
I order from Titans Pizza all the time. I always receive wonderful polite service and they are quick with deliveries as well. Their prices aren't to bad either. Would recommend them to anyone!
