We wanted to look at a car from this dealership. I sent and email the night before and told them, I really wanted to look at this car. Alana said absolutely the car was available and that I could make an appointment for the next morning. I told her that since I lived an hour away, I could be there by 10:15 that same morning. She said, yes, come look at the car. This was at 8:00AM that next morning. My fiance' and I drove an hour and 15 minutes to look at the car, with cash in hand, and when we go there.... the "man" who acted like he was somebody actually laughed at us and said that car is not available. I explained that I had been emailing Alana ( 2 times that very morning) and she said the car was there. The laughing use car salesman got indignant and said, "no, that car sold yesterday"...I've been in customer service all of my life, this has to be the poorest example of customer service I've ever received. Another person finally came out and attempted an apology, but we pretty much received the same attitude from her. My question is. Do they do the old "bait and switch" just to get customers to their door? We drove an hour and 15 minutes to see a car that were told was there not 1 hour prior. They even had my phone number in the event that the car sold before we got there.. lllllPlease proceed with caution. Not the most honest guys in the area.
