I have been a customer of River Region for almost 13 years, they've always given me good prices and prompt service. However, we recently sold our home and the price of our ( a pre-bought) of a winter buy in during their summer sale was higher then the current gas price therefore the new owners opt out of buying our gas. In early October 2016 I went into the Marion office and requested a refund and was told it could take a while, okay thank you! I returned late in November to see what the status was on the refund and the original request had not been put in, HUM! I requested a second time, a third time a forth time and to date my refund has not been issued. I've even called the corporate office and no one has returned my call, I do not find this to be acceptable! Meantime they are holding $600+ of my money with no explanation as to why.
