Doctor was great! The exam was great! but that's where it stops. It has been 24 days and still no RGP contacts or glasses. I've called more times than I can count and was finally told someone broke the lens on my glasses and they had to start over and the contacts are on back order. Stopped in the office today and was told the computers were "frozen" and they couldn't look anything up; however, once they place the order everything is "out of our hands". My eyes are red (looks like pink eye) from wearing old contacts and the lady had the gall to say what's wrong with your eye and why don't you wear your glasses--REALLY I would love to wear my glasses if you would ever get them here!! FYI--they think the lens to my glasses might have been broke yet again. Over it, so over it.
Love the staff and doctor at this office. Great selection of frames. I received my new glasses quickly. Thank you for taking good care of my eyes.
The doctors are great. But the office staff is incompetent. Computers were down the day I was there so contacts never ordered. Only ordered after I called 10 days later to see why they had not come in. Have had to make five phone calls. Still don't have them. Just told today on the phone that the system indicates they should come in today but that doesn't mean anything. They could come in tomorrow or the next day or the next day. There will not be a next time. 20 days today. Still no contacts and every time I call I get a different excuse. They told me the lab was backed up instead of admitting they never ordered them. Only found out when they were ordered from the one honest person that must work there. Avoid!!!!!! For contacts.
Lenses on glasses came back with holes in them. The manager yelled at me and refused to honor my warranty that I paid for. She refused to send the glasses back to get new lenses. Also she sent my daughter home with contact lenses of the wrong color and snapped at my daughter when she complained. She told my daughter to stop complaining they where still blue.
