Post office staff have been super, but whose bright idea was it to eliminate any chance of calling my post office directly to ask one simple question rather than work through an automated seven level multiple choice exam in which none of the answers to my question are among them and the system will not allow questions or an option to speak to a human being. In other words, I am forced to make one trip to seek an answer to my book rate packing question, then another after I actually pack the books then return to pay the correct postage and mail. STUPID, STUPID. This is not USPSERVICE, it is an out and out lack of service.
