I came into the business on multiple occasions. As a ASE certified mechanic, I found their troubleshooting skills below standard and service in the "Quick Lane" to be pitiful. Several times I found their service and attitude to be below what would be considered barely adequate. Their staff mentions quick service, actually, not so much. I was there 2 hours getting tires put on, while the mechanics simply disappeared! Another time a $850 bill was paid for an incompetent repair resulting in a tow to another dealership for the truck to be repaired properly. Parts were installed which was unnecessary. Can't say anything good about them after having so may bad experiences.
I was very happy with the process of purchasing my 2013 Toyota Tacoma from start to finish. Steve and everyone else I dealt with were very helpful and professional. This was the second vehicle I have purchased from Marion Toyota and I'm sure to be back

I bought a new car there and took it in for service while still under warranty and they said there was nothing wrong with it. I had to take it to a mechanic to have it fixed. Will not buy another car from there.
I have bought two vehicle in the past few years and the sales people and services always meet all my expectations every time I go their. Everyone is friendly and help with anything they can.

HORRIBLE customer service! We were ONLY 4 days late, yes, only 4 days, and called to let them know we were making a double payment on Friday. Donna in payments in the Marion office was so rude to me! She snapped at me, treated me like I was a piece of crap and made me feel horrible and worthless! You do not treat your customers that way! We just purchased our car and I am seriously debating returning it because I do not want to be talked to like a child and disrespected by this hateful lady every time I call to make a payment!!! Auto Credit should fire this evil woman and hire someone who truly knows what customer service means!!! I've filed a report with the BBB.
These people love to act like they are helping out someone in a bad situation... They promise you the moon and back and then once you sign the paper-- on a car that is over priced for what it is worth... their attitudes change.. If you have a problem and need some more time-- forget it.. We were behind 2 payments $360 and I paid them $350 and they would not turn the car on (they have a device that shuts off the car when pymt isn't made and it has GPS) for the $10 to get to work.. When you call them and have a problem and you make an arrangement with them.. then call back and say you don't have what you promised.. Their 'case manager- Melissa' Tells you that you are not man enough to keep your word!!.... These people treat you like dog crap.. Take advantage of you when you are down... If I could turn around and sell the car to get rid of them- I would in a heart beat.. But, I can't cause they over charge for what the car is really worth.. They don't care to help you clean up your credit... People come into hard times and they make it harder.. DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM AUTO CREDIT OF SOUTHERN ILLINOIS... you are better off riding a bike, walking, taking public transportation... Oh, and called for my pay off and they still charge you all the interest- even if you pay it off in advance!!!
