In the infant room they just let the babies cry. They will be sitting in a chair rocking doing absolutely nothing just listening to the babies in the crib cry. When they wake up from their naps they do not get them. They are never on the floor playing with them. Multiple times I have gone in and seen babies eating in high chairs alone without any supervision.

One of the best places to take your kids, if your worried about your kids safety. Well trained staff are great to work with! All around a great place.
We have been a part of the Kids Inc. family for over 11 years and couldn’t be more pleased with the amazing care given to our children. Kids Inc. is a very nurturing, loving and educational environment with extraordinary providers. Kids Inc. helped to prepare both of my daughters for kindergarten. Their preschool program is one of the best in the city. Our daughter’s extreme preparedness was very evident at our first parent/teacher conference when the teacher asked us “Did your daughter go to Kids Inc?
My child has been at apple kids for over a year. It's a safe environment with a helpful staff. On-site misd affiliated preschool and other activities that made transport easy for me (i.e. soccer & swimming lessons).
My first impression of this place was 5 star. I loved how colorful it was, that they had a large gym for a change in scenery and webcams for parents to check in on their kiddos from work. After being there for 6 weeks I now give it zero. I watched on the web cam on 2 separate occasions when staff roughly grabbed my 1yo son by the arm and plopped him gruffly onto the carpet because he was not cooperating with circle time. I did not find staff to be understanding to my sons needs and they clearly had favorites. It was the afternoon that both my husband and I witness staff dragging my son down to the floor so hard he screamed that we decided not to return. You may have a different experience but please be very vigilant if attending this facility. I would never recommend this place to another.
My boys have been going to Apple Kids since the summer of 2011. They love it there and are well cared for by the staff. Their room teachers love them back and always call them by name, and I have never heard any staff member swearing or yelling at any child.
