Went into the drive thru and was informed by person that card reader was down and she was extremely rude and when I asked about a nacho bell Grande she continued being rude
I went through the drive through tonight and was not pleased with the service at all. After ordering a small frosty, the woman said "$1.10" very abruptly; didn't even ask if I was through ordering. I said "ummm, i'm not done." She made a sigh and said "go ahead", as if I was a bother to her. After I finished my order I came home to find my baked potato completely wrong and my chicken nuggets hard as a rock and cold. Thanks, Wendy's.
I was in your store today about 2. The cahier never said hi welcome to Wendy's to anymore. She never smiled at any time. I saw a man bring his burger back twice before they got it fixed right. No one apologized but acted like he was a bother. I was looking for a safe place to stop, usually I bypass Memphis and don't stop at all but we were tired but from now on I'll keep on going as I usually do. I bet the guy with the hamburger does too. Didn't know Wendy's served rude but they do. Linda Eastup
Really, this Burger King is actually out of French fries...something is always messed up with them :( #disappointedinbkagain
Smiling faces and decent during the day.BUT... When the sun goes down... They may as well kick it up.I'm a local and work at night, so I know for a fact that I didn't just catch em on a bad night. The place filthy all night, over flowing trash cans, nasty and disgusting drink station. The employees are obviously angry they work there, and it must be the customers fault. I stood for 10 min at the counter hoping to order a cup of coffee, while the girl behind the counter stood angrily talking to the kitchen workers... Every once in awhile glaring at me. I felt she was hoping that I would leave. After finally taking my order for a cup of coffee... I enjoyed another 10 minutes of hostile banter among the staff before finally getting a horrible cup of coffee. Nasty, dirty, unfriendly... Feels more like being in a bad part of Memphis than in little quiet Marion Arkansas. Since I'm local, I know that the citizens wish for better management. This is not Chicago or LA, it should not be this bad!!!
