It has come to my attention that your employee COREY will no longer be employed by Riverside Auto in Marinette WI. Considering all the Great reviews and Great work she did for this business. Corey was a asset to your company and i personally think its AWFUL that you let her go because of other employee lies and intentional manipulation. I will NEVER do business with this place again. You threw away one of the best things you had going for that business and its customers........ your loss!!
I have just bought a brand new Ram Truck from the dealership the experience was great. I had to order this truck because there was a certain color I found online so I went there to ask about it and I talked to this very nice sales woman her name is Carrie. She went over everything with me about how much I wanted to spend, the color, all the things this truck needed to pull my camper and the weight of my camper when every thing was in place that she needed to know she told me we couldn't get the truck right now because the color wasn't available that if there was another color we could order a different one but I had my heart set on that specific color I told her I am willing to wait so she told me she will let me know as soon as it was available. When it was available she called me right away. We ordered it right then and there it took six weeks to come and I am very pleased.. The business manager Tim that I did all the paperwork with was great he went over all the paperwork with me and let me know exactly what I was signing. I was very pleased. After all that was done Carrie took me to my new truck and explained everything to me about how this and that worked because let me tell you going from a car to a truck is like night and day. If you are looking into buying a new or used vehicle or a used vehicle I suggest going to Riverside Auto of Marinette.. I would also ask for Carrie she is a very professional and knowledgeable young woman.. I had a very great experience and will do business with them if I ever need a new truck.
Having now bought five cars in the last eight years I have a fair amount of experience with dealerships of late comsidering I've visited nine of them. By far the best experience has been at Riverside. I purchased a Chrysler 300 which is the first Chrysler I've owned since 1974 (then a Newport). I'm a former auto mechanic so I know when sales people are trying to B.S. me or out of their depth. The salesperson was a young woman named Carrie who was was not only knowledgeable, but very thorough when it came to explaining systems without having to be prompted. This is the complete opposite of the typical, "We have your money now get out of here." attitude of so many of the car dealers I've dealt with. Everyone there was friendly and helpful. Tim, the business manager was definitely the best one I've dealt with since 2005. All told it was a very relaxed experience especially thanks to Carrie, a charming young woman, who made passing the time very easy whilewaiting on the obligatory paperwork, financing, etc.
