Absolutely the WORST! I don't...

Absolutely the WORST! I don't even know where to begin. When I first signed up with Blue Water Propane I gave them a CASH deposit of $1800 for the entire heating seasons pre buy. Well what happened was nobody contacted my previous company and they came by and filled up before blue water dropped their tank. Every other company out there (longs, tri county, and blue flame) all handle this for you. So I made the mistake assuming blue water does too.

So now I just gave all my heating money to blue water and don't have the $500 to pay for this recent fill up. So I call blue water (literally two days after paying them) asking if I could be partially refunded due to this unforeseeable circumstance. They wanted to charge me a $75 fee for returning my own money!!!

Once they arrive to deliver the tank it literally looks like its been sitting in a field for a decade! The tank was in extremely poor condition and was literally an eye sore to look at. The guy who came out was great, professional, and thorough however (thats the only positive experience I've had mind you).

So I call them up regarding the condition of the tank and they claim they're too busy to rectify it but they'll give me a gallon of paint to re-finish it myself. I'm baffled at this point how a business like this stays in business. Oh did I mention I have to PAY them to keep this disheveled heap in my yard? That's right a tank rental fee ladies and gentlemen.

So the new heating season rolls around and they still hold a $700 credit of mine. I call to get pre buy information and of course its not available. When I ask to be contacted when its available I receive an appalling reaction like "we can't be bothered contacting our customers!" So I ask "So you'd rather have me call you every day until you have this information?" And basically they said yes. So I finally receive the next heating season pricing information and low and behold the price is about 40 cents higher than the competition to go on the budget. If you want a fixed rate they charge you a $69 ENROLLMENT FEE!!

My advice to anyone out there who relies on propane to heat your home STAY AWAY FROM BLUE WATER PROPANE!!! As soon as my credit is used up with them I plan on going back to Blue Flame where I'm actually treated like a valued customer. I'm still kicking myself over switching for a few cents new customer pricing.

BUYER BEWARE !.....I have deal...

BUYER BEWARE !.....I have dealt with several (at least 5) LP gas suppliers in the Midland area. BLUE FLAME is the ONLY company that has charged $80 when I switched to another supplier. I contacted Foster Oil and explained and all they said was "Its our policy".

BUYER BEWARE...Watch ALL the fine print ...they did not point out this "policy" when I enquired about fees when I started using this firm. FOSTER OIL Company.
