John is a competent chimney mechanic and does a great job, inexpensively. He showed up 5-minutes early. He won't bill you for a big bunch of fancy equipment or try to sell you something you do not need. He left my house (with a fireplace insert) cleaner than when he arrived. Highly recommended and a great value if you need your chimney cleaned.
