Marietta Gynecologic Associates

I am a nurse with Memorial Health system, so I know how the Healthcare system works, getting behind, unexpected troubles, etc. However, the Marietta office is ridiculous. I waited 1.5hrs just for an annual pap smear. Just swab me so I can leave!! I have never had a good experience with the older blond woman at check in. She is rude and I can't stand seeing her. I had a question and she saw me standing there at the glass (it was closed), she kept about her business. She didn't say "Can I help you?" Or "Wait just a minute." I finally just sat down. She has never been pleasant. Once you finally get back to an exam room to see a doctor, things are fine. Cooper, Myers, and Galupo are great. Yes, I left out the other care providers for a reason. I recently visited the Belpre Campus for MA and have absolutely no complaints. Marietta just has some work to do.

Please women, don't risk your health going here. They are terrible at patient services, understaffed, have a high turnover rate for staff, and incredible long waits for scheduled appointments. Go anywhere but here if you desire even mediocre services.

Amy Biehl is one of the best. I have been a patient of hers since I was 12. So half my life. The front desk staff has always been helpful as well.



As for the billing department...they will say extremely rude things to you pertaining to your account. Whether you have been struggling financially or not, they don't care. They will tell you that you ignore the fact that you have a balance, even though you have financial priorities, and know nothing about your situation. I think her name was Debbie? Something along those lines. Good luck dealing with that part.
