        I'm sorry I can't leave a negative star here. After a devastating loss and claim, State Farm dropped us and Charlie never even told us. We found out when the bank called to tell us we had no home insurance. When I filed a report with the Ohio Department of Insurance, Charlie wrote two blatant lies in his statement. The Dept. said it was my word against his, so I had no recourse and our new insurance is over 5K a year. BEWARE of this agent.
