Every time I visit Dr. Miller and his wife Debi, I leave a better person. Dr. Miller is very personable and gives a thorough exam. It is very easy to get an appointment, and I always feel like I am his most important patient. Debi is a real treat to work with when finding new frames. Dr. John Miller and his staff have provided my family with excellent eye care for over 25 years. We have recommended his services to several friends with challenging vision issues and all have been very pleased with their experiences. Dr. Miller and his staff provide an impeccable level of detail and personal attention to their patients. I recently experienced some annoying blurring in one of my eyes and visited Dr. Miller for a solution. He quickly identified a potential virus in my retina and immediately arranged for me to see a retina specialist for confirmation and treatment. The specialist confirmed the diagnosis and began a 4 month treatment which not only saved my vision, but my eye! The specialist said he only sees 1 or 2 cases like mine every year and it is usually misdiagnosed by the time he sees the patient. He stated that Dr. Miller’s attention, diagnosis and actions saved my eye. Without Dr. Miller’s actions, the specialist said I was less than 2 weeks away from losing my eye and I should thank Dr. Miller and take him out to dinner! Morning Dew did my lawn maintenance for about a year. They did mediocre to average work during that time. The frustrating part to me is that the owner refused to meet with me on multiple occasions and instead just blew me off and had me send a picture of the problem. I finally came to the realization that I don't need to tolerate poor customer service as I have a choice on where I spend my money. So, I asked him not to come back and instead of taking that with some dignity, he proved to me that I made the right choice in firing him.
Awful experience, these people have no clue as to what customer service is. Dr Duey is the know-it-all type, very arrogant, no empathy whatsoever, no listening skills. This is a place to avoid, if you value your eyes.
I have been going to Dr. Duey for about 10 years now and my whole family loves him. He is a brilliant doctor and has been very helpful to my family. His staff is also kind and patient.

Thank you, Dr. Miller, Mrs. Miller and Kathy for your help some weeks back to pick out my new Silhouette frames - very cool. Love them! But even more special thanks go out to you for all your help today, when I got the very sticky glue from a facial wax strip on one of the lenses (go figure!) I was so worried that I had ruined the special coatings - but you had chemicals to remove that glue mess - you saved my glasses!
