If I could put zero stars, I would. This company has been frustrating to deal with over issues that should be minor, and downright miserable on major issues. There have been numerous issues with processing payments and correctly applying the payment to our account. Any issue that is raised is immediately the homeowners fault and/or responsibility without any attempt to listen/read the complaint. Only after constant calling, emailing, and escalating to the HOA board can resolution be obtained. Responses can take days to be received. Overall, this is a poorly run, unprofessional organization. One of the biggest issues we had was termites. The company retained to maintain the termite bond apparently is not doing their job. Not only our unit, but a couple others had active infestations identified in prior month. We had a separate company inspect the property that found signs of active termites. 2 days later, the management company's termite company gave us a clean bill of health. When this was raised to the Sharper Image, the complaint was not addressed.Our biggest satisfaction with this entity was the sale of the property and no longer having to deal with Sharper Image. If you are an association looking for a management company, I would be wary of this organization. If you a property owner in a community management by Sharper Image, I would ask for a full accounting of your account and request an inventory of report issues & resolution. For the amount of money charged to the community, you would expect a professional, responsive group. They are not.
My dad is in the middle of his 2nd stay at this facility, AND WE COULDNT BE HAPPIER WITH THE QUALITY!! We were there in September 2016 for the entire month as my dad has a chronic indwelling catheter and got a really bad UTI which zapped his strength. After 4 days in St Josephs hospital we were transferred to another facility which was a death trap. Fortunately, a friend had a dad who was in MANOR CARE MARIETTA for a fused back and had recovered BEAUTIFULLY. We transferred to Manor Care the next day and it was a seamless transition from the quality of care we were getting at St Josephs. After a month dad was stronger than ever. We are here again for the exact same thing and the facility and staff are just beyond wonderful! I'm a 24/7 caregiver for dad and when I leave at night, I know dad i s in the best quality hands in the business! I cant thank them enough for the quality of care we receive at this facility and I will always be eternally grateful. Quality rehab, quality activities and quality people!!
I recently purchased a town home from this company and i could not be happier with the process. I believe that they have been fair in explaining the building process and the time frame to expect for completion. although there were a couple of minor hiccups along the way, they were helpful and fixed the issues in a timely manor. I have recommended this builder to several of my family members and I would definitely buy another house from them.
Had a great experience with my home. There were some minor items on my closing list that were quickly repaired.
I was court ordered to take this class and I wasn't too excited about it. Once I got there, the staff was very friendly and not judging at all. I actually got a lot out of this class, and I am actually glad I was required to take it. I would definitely recommend if you have to take a Shoplifting class to come here!
I went to ManorCare Rehab Center following my knee replacement surgery ( both knees -1 year a part so two rehab stays). I was very satisfied and comforted by the service I received and the professionalism and skill of the staff. I had great results with both of my surgeries and was able to get back to life quickly after. I regained my strength and flexibility and remain a very active 86 year old. Being able to pre-register my stay helped me be more organized and confident with my recovery. I strongly recommend pre-registering so that you know where you are going and what to expect.
Horrible company do not use them. Dirty company they do NOTHING. STAY AWAY FROM THIS LOW END MANAGEMENT
We agree do not use this builder! We signed a contract in June and were told estimated move in date would be early November. After several excuses why they hadn't started clearing the land they finally did so early November. They messed up clearing the lot so bad we were told our model would not fit On it My heart was broken after choosing all of our upgrades and loving the floor plan. We had a great realitor who had difficulty getting kerley to return phone calls or answer e-mails without constant persistence. We have waisted six months with them and are out once again looking for our new home. In the long run we're glad we are free from this company!
The first month I moved in my carpet was infested with fleas. I heard from my other roommates that they had even changed the carpet and the mattress before I moved in. But yet there was a flea infestation. I still have scars from the bites on my feet. It took them a week before the leasing office took any action at all to respond to the issue. The second month living here I came home one night and my carpet in my closet was soaking wet. My clothes were wet and there was water damage to my furniture in the closet. I called emergency maintenance and I heard nothing back until 5pm the next day I went to the office. They sent some one to stop the leak, but they didn't actually fix the leak coming from the air conditioner. It took them two more days to come and replace the carpet after another visit to the office. It took them a week to fix the air conditioner. Then, at the end of the month they tried to charge us for overages from the air conditioner not even working. After a fourth month of living here my roommate was harassed and threatened by another resident. Then she was harassed and threatened a second time on the same day. When approaching the leasing staff they said they have heard about it before. No apology and no sympathy. Don't worry the police handled this situation. This place is terrible and the staff is inconsiderate and has no sense of urgency regarding any resident issues. Rent is way too expensive for the treatment you receive and there is no safety! Residents let any person into the complex and parking is a nightmare and never enforced. I cannot stress to everyone enough that it was an extreme mistake to live here. Spread the word and save others from this terrible fate.
