They were not my only option, but I didn't know any better. For whatever reason, they take days to post my payment once it's been mailed. It's somehow always my fault. Not once has someone offered to look into this for me. Personally I think they do it so they can nickel and dime me for the $5 convenience fee. Sometimes my payment is posted when it's supposed to, but it takes weeks for them to cash it. I've never had a pleasant phone experience with them for anything. I can't wait to be done with them.
