Terrible, First, let me say I was a repeat client. So they treat their customers like crap!! I brought my cell phone in with a simple charger port replacement, supposedly. he charged me $63 to replace it and two days later is starts to cut off for no reason and I couldn't get it to respond to anything. I would try to turn it on and plug it in to the charger, Nothing!!! 1st time I thought its the battery power, then I thought it was the plug, then I took it back and spoke to the owner and he blamed me!!! Then they took the phone said they would look at it, and charge me a $10 cleaning fee!!! I couldn't believe these jerks
Great service! Took Iphone in to have shattered glass replaced. Great customer service. I had my phone back in no time looking like new. Reasonable price. HORRIBLE! I brought my phone to get the screen replaced. When I picked it up I was concerned about a crack in the rim of the phone. The gentlemen working stated that there was no recorded information about prior condition and it was like this. Well, no it wasn’t and as I went back and forth with him his horrible customer service skills showed. Chomping on gum harder to the point I could hardly understand him. I took the phone, within a few days the screen was coming up on top. I called and spoke with the owner and explained my experience and needed this fixed but would only deal with him. Brought the phone back and they reset. Picked up the phone and placed on my dresser, within a week screen came off even more. For a third time brought the phone in and owner stated that they would try a different adhesive. Went to pick up the phone today and nothing but white spots (looks like lint) all on the screen. Tried to wipe it off but it is under the screen. I asked why all these spots were on the screen. Gentlemen goes to the back, chats with someone and comes back to say - “All we did was glue it down, we did not take off the screen". Um, really so the screen comes up twice from your poor adhesive and on the third try you say screw and just throw some glue down and not even clean the screen off first. Really! Oh and let's not forget the nice scratch on the screen now. Horrible, just horrible work done here. I wish I could post a picture here of the screen, your jaw would drop!
The review by “ladytiff 09/06/2013 “ below is not accurate. Six months prior to bringing the phone to CPRM the charge port had reportedly gone bad. We repaired the charge port without issue. She signed off that the phone was fully functional before she left the store, which aligned with our checks prior to notifying her that the phone was ready. Days later she brought the phone back complaining that the SD holder would not hold the SD card. This was not even a component that we worked on nor could this have been collateral damage to our repair of the charge port. Somebody had apparently crammed something into the slot and broken the locking mechanism. Even thou we had nothing to do with the SD card holder not working, I offered to order the part and replace it. She stormed out of the store. The next day I got the part from a local vendor, called her to replace the part and did. Does that really sound like bad customer service? Not to me. Despite taking care of her problems she will not charge her review – If people were as fast to PRIASE as they are to criticize, the world might be a more peaceful place.
My 4 year old snatched the charger out of his phone (my old phone he uses for games) and ripped out half the charging port. They quoted me $50 and I grudgingly agreed. Got a call an hour later telling me they charged it with no problem. Got my phone back with no cost! They could've completely taken advantage of me but didn't. Honesty means so much in my world! I trust this place completely!
I was trying to save some money by repairing the phone myself - bad Idea. Ultimately, I boxed up all of the parts and took the phone to them. Within a couple of hours they called to say the phone ready. Works perfectly, nice job! Thanks. I'll be taking my cracked iPad to them in a few days.
AVOID this place. I went off reviews because everything was positive.I brought my Windows 8 phone to them because my screen was cracked. They ordered the part quickly and I brought them my phone the following Monday. I went to a local coffee shop to study while I waited (from all reviews and from other cell phone repair companies, I thought it would take a max of maybe 3 hours). They never called....after waiting from 11 am to 4:30 pm. I finally got my boyfriend to call them and they said that the part wasn't working and they would have to reorder the part. We asked if I could come get it so that I would have a phone until then because there were no problems other than the screen being broken and it was difficult to hear me when making a call. They said that it was in pieces and even if they put it back together it wouldn't work, which to me seems a little strange. So I called them three days later and they said they got the part, but it wouldn't be available until the next day at noon. When I finally picked it up, basically the bottom 3rd of the screen won't work. I can't answer texts, send text, get into my contacts, etc. Not to mention, the screen wasn't in the case/shell and they broke the case/shell. Also, in order to move screens, I have to turn off my phone and turn it back on. This morning, I shut off the phone and now there is a lightening bolt and "setting" symbol on the screen and it won't turn off or on. AVOID this place. It's disorganized and the main guy doesn't seem to know anything about phones.
