Zaxby's

I haven't eaten at this location in a long time. I went there excited to eat zaxbys again and the service was on-par, although the cashier seemed to need a bit more training, but no complaints there. I ordered a traditional wings meal To-go. Left zaxbys, and waited to eat until I got all the way home. I open the box, picked up the chicken and it was spongy and soft to touch, immediately it felt like something was off. I take a bite of the chicken and it's difficult to tear off a piece with my teeth, then I get to chewing and it's too chewy for chicken. I look a little closer at the chicken and realize it's UNDERCOOKED. I almost vomited everywhere, it made my skin crawl knowing I just ate uncooked chicken. I then call them up to express my disappointment and they said come back to get it remade. To be frank, simply getting it remade does not suffice. It's highly irresponsible of them to serve undercooked chicken, and super inconvenient for me to have to come back just to get it redone. When I arrived, I spoke with the manager and she was very nonchalant and not attentive at all. Showed no care whatsoever. She was almost annoyed and seemed like I was the one tripping, as if I should've just ate it. What I really wanted was to get a fresh new order AND refunded for my inconvenience. But the manager didn't seem too concerned with customer satisfaction. I don't normally write reviews when things go array but this was bad. I ate undercooked chicken, which I could get sick..all of this was just 10 minutes ago so im still waiting to see if I feel anything. Be careful, and if you get your order to-go, test the food before leaving. Won't be going back solely based upon how management handled the situation with no care.

Great chicken and reasonable prices. Can't see it right of the street so be sure to look for it.
