Unfortunately, my dog, Lucy, went into labor and she couldn't have the puppies. One got stuck in the birth canal.
I tried to pull the puppy out, but it didn't work well, and I thought I injured him.
Thankfully, it wasn't in the middle of the night and my regular vet was open. Dr Good is very caring and took his time to try and have my Lucy have a normal birth, but after several injections and fluid, we had to make the decision to have a C section.
Dr. Good was very fair with the price of surgery, and I know have 5 healthy yorkie puppies. Thank you so much Dr. Good for caring for my little puppies!
I needed to board my pet for 20 days as my house flooded, and I couldn't keep my pets at home with all the construction. Town and Country has a very liberal visitation schedule and they let me walk my dog every day. They you very much for helping me in a tight spot!
My orange cat, Felix, boards there all the time in the 'cat room'. They're the only place that can bath him, too, without sedating him. It's noe easy to bath a cat. Needless to say, he loves town and country.
Anyways, Felix just finished boarding for a "prolonged period" due to a urinary blockage. Thankfully, Dr. Phil stayed after hours to care for Felix because I couldn't afford $2500! for the emergency clinic. Town and Country Veterinary Clinic isn't just in for the money! They really care!
Thank you so much to Dr. Pearse for saving my Golden Retriever's life!
I couldn't afford $4000 (REALLY?!) to remove my dog's spleen as there was a bleeding mass assocated with it.
Dr. Pearse stayed late to remove the spleen and biopsy my dog's liver for a FRACTION of the price as Cobb Emergency Vet Clinic.
Thank you so much to Dr. Pearse!
I'm crossing my fingers that it's not cancer! Please call me as soon as you get the news!
Very frustrated with this vet. My family used to use them growing up, so I went back when I had a dog of my own. The clinic itself is very dirty, all the time. It takes a long time until you are seen by the vet.
One of my last visits, they were taking blood from my dog and I heard him yelp (which he doesn't ever cry with shots or drawing blood, etc.) and then they let him into my room. He instantly started acting funny and scratching at his throat. I looked at him closer and he had a bulge about the size of a softball on his neck. I yelled for the vet. Apparently they nicked his blood vessel while taking blood and he was bleeding out internally. Called a hematoma. Dr. Good came in to talk to me and lied to me saying that it was a bleeding problem my dog had. Not true, he has been tested for all bleeding and clotting problems and I had test results sent to this clinic for proof. I know he lied to me, and I know that the vet tech knicked his blood vessel. My dog could have died if I had not noticed it.
This was just one of the many, awful experiences I have had with them. I have been told that a vet would be staying for when I returned to pick my dog back up, and when I arrived the vet already left the office. I did not get any updates on my dog, thinking that he had actually died in the clinic, and the customer service I received was poor.
In an effort to cancel my Partners in Wellness plan, I would no longer be going to the clinic/changing my vet for the safety of my dog, I tried to cancel the plan. The cancelation requires that I fax in a notice of cancelation as well as the clinic. I kept calling and waiting on the clinic to return my calls, as promised by the staff multiple times, but I received nothing back. Finally I received a voicemail stating that everything had been taken care of and the plan should be cancelled. The next day, they billed my account. I called back very frustrated, telling them what happened. I was then told that no, my account had not been canceled and the man in charge of that process is out of the country for two weeks. No one else would be able to help. I asked for someone else to return my call. Still no response. I have yet to receive any word back from the clinic, and I keep calling, with only more promises that my calls would be returned. Still nothing.
In short, they have lied to me, treated me very poorly, and put my dog in danger. They have no follow through, and the clinic is dirty, very dirty. I would not suggest them to anyone, and if you currently take your dog there, I would suggest a second opinion.
Town and Country is an excellent facility. My dogs see Dr, Michael Good who is extremely knowledgeable, professional, and compassionate. All of the staff display both kindness and professionalism. The care of the animal is their first concern. I wouldn't want to take my pets anywhere else.
We live in Kennesaw so it was to our delight that we wouldn't have to travel down to Atlanta anymore for our corgi's vet needs. Due to word of mouth my wife heard good things about Town & Country Veterinary Clinic. We've been very pleased with the level of care shown by Dr. Phil Good. We plan to travel home to northern Michigan in August to beat the heat and we feel confident that we can leave our dog in their kennel, until we return.

I have taken my dog here for two years; the doctor is great but the staff, especially at the check in desk are unfriendly. This has happened several times; my experience today was most unpleasant I stood there while two employees held a conversation; out of respect I did not disrupt the conversation. Then they both stood up and walked away from the counter; I was there for at least three minutes-as far as they were concerned I did not exist. As they walked off someone else asked if I had been helped; she too with an attitude. I felt so insulted and belittled- like a piece of dirt - I will be looking for somewhere else to
board my pet. What has happened to customer service America?
Had to find a place that could vaccinate my Boston Terrier, Morgan, and my cat ,Starr, needed a checkup. I've been out of work, so it's not easy to pay the high vet bills. I came to Dr. Good and Dr. Fiorello because they come highly recommended and they are very affordable.
I couldn't neglect the health of my dog and cat just because money is tight, but it's good to know that this vet charges a fair rate and everyone treated me and my animals with respect and consideration. It's not easy to find a place that you can trust with your pets, but finding one that is affordable is a true challenge - this is the best vet in town, highly recommend this place.
