I was looking through the reviews and I am so shocked that there are Negative ones!! The customer service I received was GREAT!!!! I purchased my vehicle last year, Corey Cottle was my salesman. Although he forgot that I was coming LOL he was there in no time. The receptionist gave me extra tokens for the drink machine and one guy even offered me some of his breakfast while I waited. Once Corey got there it was smooth sailing. And I have been a happy driver ever since!! And that $99 down payment is a God send! My only gripe is the bi-weekly payments but hey..... anytime I hear someone is looking for a car I tell them about National Auto Sales.

I want to say I'm so glad I found out about this place.I purchased my car and I love my car. They told me if I noticed any problems with my car within my 1st warranty yeah you get 2 warranties :) that I can bring the car back in and they will service it for me, no charge! They did just that and it was just a minor tune up. Correy was my salesman and he was awesome. Mark and Dezirae were so nice and helpful over there at that auto service shop. Best buy here pay here lot in town!!!!!

Out of all the dealership I've dealt with thru my adult life National auto sales is the only company that was reasonable i was able to pick out the car i wanted not the ones that are suggested to me or qualified for. My sales guy Wil was great even helped out with choosing a good insurance company and 1 of my best reason for liking national auto sales i was giving a good free gift where as other used car dealership give u nothing. The warranties are fantastic i had a great experience i will recommend my friends or family to go there

MY EXPERIENCE WAS AMAZING!!!! I DID THE APPLICATION ONLINE AND GOT A APPROVAL RIGHT AWAY. I CHECKED OUT THE INVENTORY AND SAW THE CAR I WANTED. WILL WAS MY SALES PERSON AND HE WAS SOOO NICE AND HELPFUL. I GOT THE CAR I WANTED WITH NO PROBLEMS! I WILL RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY TO ANYONE WHO NEEDS A CAR!!!! A few years ago, my husband and I came in for a vehicle. Will initially helped us but when he was unavailable he put us in GOOD HANDS with Victor. I came here already knowing what vehicle I wanted. Excellent customer service, only took 1 hour for everything to go through and sign the paperwork. Victor was my salesperson and he took care of me in a very professional and quick way. He made the experience awesome and I did not believe I would get the vehicle I wanted but I did and love it. Literally ...AMAZED! Victor was born to do what he does lol ...truly. I found the dealership while searching online and did an application, called and spoke with Victor, he confirmed receipt and told me my options. I came to the dealership and was boggled only because I didn't know what vehicle to choose ...they were all great! I found a Honda Civic, low down payment, reasonable monthly rates ...insured the car and drove away. Superb service the entire time. I'll def. refer and will be back!
