        I really love this place for the variety, quality and convenience regarding their merchandise. BUT... they really need to send their management team to social skills development seminars. The tech manager was horrible! Cocky, self-assured and condescending...almost argumentative. The sad thing is that the information he gave me about my system was totally wrong... maybe that is because he never even bothered to look at it.....

        Drove all the way down to this Micro Center because on the phone the representative told us they would price match with GameStop only to find out that they won't and the manager was a real jerk about it. I hope that your inconsistent messages and lousy customer service all over $26 was worth losing any future business from us.

        Great place. Employees are knowledgeable and help you pick the right choice. Things are cheap AND always on sale WITH mail in rebates available.
