Let me preface this review by stating that I've been using this shop for 5 or 6 years. I have one of their little "VIP member" cards.



I took my car in for diagnostics Monday morning. Tuesday morning I spoke with the mechanic over the phone and learned that the drivers side wheel bearing and hub needed replacement - they said that it was a 2 and a half hour job, labor-wise. The part was to be there around 1pm and they'd be finished by 4-5pm. I had Monday and Tuesday off of work, but had to return Wednesday morning. So imagine my dismay when I showed up at 5 to pick up my car and they had not even started work on it! They didn't have a good excuse as to why - "there were several cars in front of yours." Bull crap. Mine had already been there for two days at this point. There was a complete communication breakdown between the mechanics and the shopkeep up front. If they had at least called me earlier in the afternoon to let me know there had been a setback of some sort I would have not been as livid as I was. I had a meeting at 6:30 that evening that I had to cancel and I had to call out of work for a third day in a row.



Needless to say, I will be searching for a new shop to do necessary work on all of my future vehicles.

Worst service experience ever. Comments by customers that have been sold un-needed services are all true. Service starts with a minor repair and when you get the vehicle back you have a whopper of a bill. DON"T GO HERE FOR ANY SERVICE REGARDLESS WITH WHAT MANAGEMENT MAY POST AS A REPLY TO THIS WARNING!!!!!



THE MANAGEMENT AT THIS GOODYEAR STORE WILL SAY ANYTHING THAT MAKES THEM LOOK GOOD. STAY AWAY!!!! ANY ADJUSTMENT ON THIS BILL WAS ONLY DONE TO GET US OUT OF THE FRONT OFFICE SO AS NOT TO SCARE OTHER PEOPLE AWAY. READ ALL THE GOOGLE AND YAHOO REVIEWS.
