Waited 30 minutes for help in seasonal. Ready to make a large purchase. Two workers continued to work and ignore me even after looking at me several times. Customer service called multiple times overhead. Never received help. Walked out and went to Home Depot to spend my money. Terrible experience.
I made a large purchase with delivery through Paul Surmont. He was very knowleadgeable and cutomer oriented but the good experience stopped with him. Paul told me I would get a late call the night before telling me the delivery time. At 8:30 I still hadn't received a phone call and realizing the store was going to be closing soon I called them because I have work to do and need to have my day free not sit around all day waiting on a delivery. The store gave me a 1800 number to call and the people said I was not even scheduled for a delivery, than said they only schedule certain kinds of delivieries and the stores policy is to call the customer the evening before the delivery and give them the expected drop off time. I called the store back again and the store manager told me he saw I was scheduled for a delivery but not sure what time, so he sent the delivery manager an email instructing him to contact me, he got into work at 5AM. I told him it was OK to call me that early and I never got a call. I called the store several more time's the day of the delivery and at 3PM I spoke to the driver and he told me the truck is being loaded now. I will not be making any more purchases at your store unless someone at Lowe's explains to me how they will make sure this doesn't happen again and showe's some accountability. My day has been wasted waiting for a delivery that's not arriving until the end of the business day. The only reason I didn't give one star is some of the employees care about customer satisfaction.
Horrific customer service. On my fourth try to get an appliance delivery done correctly. I get automated messages saying will be delivered between certain hours and then the next day I get delivery calls saying they are 5 minutes away 6 or 7 hours away from scheduled delivery time. Still waiting on my new fridge after 4 errors so far. Missed time at work trying to be there when delivery times were promised.
Had a big problem with my Samsung French Door Fridge. Spoke with Emmanuel (assistant store manager) who told me "no worries". He listened to my concerns and replaced my fridge. Emmanuel kept in touch with me till I was completely satisfied. Forget H.D. with their horrible service. From now on I'll be getting my appliances from Lowes on 120.

This is to let everybody in the Atlanta, Woodstock, Marietta, Dallas and Canton, Georgia area know that the team at the Dallas Highway, Lowe Store are fantastic. The fellows know their cabinets and how to get the job done at a competitive price. Marty Huebener the Manager is the tops in making your kitchen cabinets come alive. He knows his cabinets and is the most helpful and knowledgeable in his product line. He is the best I have every worked with and really cares about your project and you being a customer Rob Kellum one of the top sales member is on his game and can get the job done in a snap. He is a problem solver and knows how do get you the most out of your budget. I would recommend this building supply store, Lowe's on Dallas Highway, to anyone that needs any home building products or appliances, plumbing, outdoor supplies and gardening equipment. I would recommend these folks.
