I graduated from Cumberland School of Law (Samford University, Birmingham) in 2000 and was admitted to the Georgia Bar in 2001. I was able to begin practicing law in 1999 under a special program that allows certain students to appear in court and handle legal matters during their third year of law school. That was very rewarding and allowed me to hit the ground running when school was over. After graduating, I worked for insurance companies defending injury cases. However, playing games with peoples lives and denying legitimate claims just felt wrong. So, in January 2003 I started this practice where we only help people who have been injured through the negligence of others or who have had an accident at work. I no longer represent insurance companies, but I do use that past experience to each client s benefit. Since starting my private practice, I have personally represented numerous clients in cases involving personal injury or wrongful death.
I am proud to offer personalized attention to all of my clients. Whether you need a tractor-trailer accident attorney, motorcycle accident attorney, wrongful death attorney, or other type of injury, I personally evaluate and represent all cases. Clients who call my office will speak directly to me.

Premises liability lawsuits are often brought due to injuries sustained by shoppers in grocery stores, home improvement warehouses, and other commercial businesses. Shoppers can be hurt when merchandise falls on them or when they walk in store aisles that are not properly cleared of hazardous debris. Also, a slip and fall can occur inside a private party’s home or on a homeowner’s property.
Construction Litigation
Premises liability is an area of law covering claims against the owner or occupier of a store, apartment complex, hotel, retail building, or other property for an injury occurring on that property. Premises liability claims commonly involve slip and fall accidents, dog bites, construction defects, industrial incidents, elevator and escalator incidents, and claims for negligent security or assault.

Dog Bites
Dogs bite millions of Americans each year according to the Center for Disease Control; a good portion of these require medical help, and half involve children. Dog bites can result severe physical and emotional damage and in many cases, these dog attacks could have been prevented. In general, dogs cannot attack unless someone was negligent in failing to properly secure the dog.
