Terrible experience. Stay away from this place if you do not want to get ripped off! Last week scheduled a cleaning as a new patient and drove 20 miles to the place relying on some of these ratings. Big mistake! My insurance covered the cleaning. They scare you by making it look like you are done, your gums are falling apart and your teeth are about to fall out. Ended up paying $45 out of pocket for some bogus mouthwash and some other bs procedures totaling $80. The mouthwash is an insult. Does not do anything. When I called to ask for a refund, I was told there is nothing they can do. Asked for a call back from Dr. Patel and nothing for two days straight. I called several times to follow up and the man is always busy. No call back, no communication or a willingness to rectify the issue. Very dishonest people. Again I recommend you stay away from this dental office!!
