Frankie's Italian Ristorante & Pizza

Food tasted horrible, as if something was spoiled, molded, or contaminated. After returning the item, a second entree was ordered. After a single bite, it too had the same spoiled or "rotten" flavor that wasn't only off putting, it seemed unsafe to consume. The second meal was returned. Management insisted we still MUST pay for the inedible meals. When payment was refused, the police were called. So, Frankies got their money for the garbage they call "Italian food", but also proved just how little they care about customer satisfaction.

No wonder this place ALWAYS has a now hiring sign outside. They obviously have "issues", to put it nicely. Wish I'd have collected a sample of both meals to be forwarded to food safety professionals for testing. I will never return.

I've worked in foodservice my entire life and NEVER have I been employed for anyone who'd force a customer to pay for something that was 100% unacceptable and potentially dangerous to their health.

We ordered chicken parm. & lasagna.
Chicken parm was made from frozen chicken pre breaded 1/8" thick breasts, cooked until dried out. Side of spaghetti with sauce had 1/4" water in bottom of bowl. Lasagna was very bland. Service was excellent. To bad food was awful. Will not return.

Great food and great service! It doesn't get any better! Love the rolls, pizza is great, and so is the gorgonzola!!! Definite must try!

I always have a great meal at Frankie's. Entrees come with bottomless garlic rolls that are absolutely delicious and a great salad - you just have to remember to save room for the entree. My favorites are the lasagna, baked ziti and chicken parm. They have pizzas too but I'm too in love with the pastas to try them. Wrap it all up with a cannoli and I'm in heaven!

If you haven't had Frankie's garlic rolls then you haven't lived yet....hands down the best. Our friends and family all love the food here...it's outstanding and the restaurant is an intimate cozy place to have a meal. We visit at least a couple of times a month here!

great food, reasonable prices and excellent service! Two locations that we frequent, always a treat!
