Wonderful local company, had no issue getting a dumpster quickly dropped off or picked up. I will defiantly call them for my next project.

Stay Away! I called these guys 'cause they said they pickup at the house, sometimes I forget to take it to the strret and get missed.

But these guys never came, and then don't answer the phone anymore.

THIS COMPANY IS AWFUL. I've never seen a more lame waste and recycling company. It has been over a month since they picked up my trash. I cancelled my account and they won't even come pick up their cans. There are no words strong enough to express my dissatisfaction and disgust with these scoundrels.

I have reported them to BBB already & to WSBTV! If you are willing to go on camera and tell your story email Jim.Strickland@wsbtv.com. I say let's make these scammers pay. If they scammed each of us for the at least 3 months worth of service look how much they stole!!!

We switched to this company back I guess it was in September when're they was giving flyers out , and since then we've paid them twice so that'd be 6 months now and since from about beginning of December they haven't emptied!!! Plus if or when they do they won't even walk to get my can if I forget to leave it by the driveway and my driveway isnt but 20 maybe 25 steps to the strreet to my front door!! They won't answer there phone. We have switched to a reliable company!

Please if you had a reliable company and switched to this joke of a company like I did just to say a dollar.... You get what you pay for . I was with The Trashman Sanitation for years never had a problem left because of the economy... just to save a few dollars. That was a mistake. I was embarsed to call them back. Elite has lied , not answered phone and apparently went under. None of my calls have been returned. I was embarssed to call them back but they answered my call and was out here the same day with a can and got the overflowing garbage that Elite has taken my money and refused to pick up. CALL THE TRASHMAN 770-684-2969 if he is in your area it would be a mistake to call anyone else.

Elite Waste is A WASTE! I signed up in November and have had my garbage picked up ONCE without having to call them about it. And calling takes several tries to get through. Leaving a message is a joke because they never call back.



Now I want to cancel and I think they have quit answering calls all together. Voicemail is as full as my trash can.

how do you ever get them to answer the phone? I can never get through? I am on the hunt for a company. Our trash is always overflowing! There are about 5 of us on our dead end street and they have came down here in a uhaul truck to pick up trash before! it is rediculous.

STAY AWAY!! I switched from a reliable trash company to this because I wanted to recycle. I am so disappointed. It's been hit or miss over the last four months. When they pick up, they either ignore the recycling or the trash. Over Thanksgiving I went over two weeks without a pickup. It's now New Years and my trash hasn't been picked up for almost two weeks. Holiday weeks they don't even show up. The company does not answer its phones, voicemail box is full, and they don't respond to emails. What a joke.

Awesome company and outstanding customer service. I don't know why some of the negative review, must be disgrunteled employees. Don't judge a book by its cover.

i switched to this company for one term ( a quarter) after only two weeks with them received an automated call that I was deliquent on payment, NO paid for three months was two weeks into service.....did reach a person said it was a problem with the collection company they use. Then no pick up after thanksgiving called again got a person after several attempts to get a person. They "claimed" their driver quit would pick up next day NO it was next week! Here I am again without any pick up of service called them says their voicemail is full. I will be leaving this company very poor service in general then no customer service, no returned calls, etc. Now that I have read others reviews it's all true!! i work in customer service and normally would not complain as i understand some issues but this was WAY worth stating the complaint.. Elite does not know how to run a business !!!

This company is made up of a pack of liars.

They DO NOT have three trucks as advertised on their website, because they barely have ONE that works about 60% of the time. They have picked up trash in rented U-Hauls and ignored recycling all together and when they do pick up recycling, it is left at the dump along with the rest of the normal garbage. Their employees checks have bounced more than once, if they get paid at all and if they get what is owed to them on a weekly basis. They don't check to see if their drivers even have CDL's which are required to drive these so called trucks. I know all of this from first hand experience, this is not hearsay or I heard from a friend situation.

Not even worth one star but at least one is required to post review. Elite picks up my garbage when they feel like it. No show this week, so my garbage has been out since Monday. Looking forward to changing companies ASAP!

I have been doing business with Waste companies for 40 years, this is the worst company I have ever dealt with. Late pickups, no pickups, and no one answering their phones.

This company is the worst!!!!Do not use them. I have not had my trash picked up in the last past three weeks. I have called and called, and when I finally get an answer they give excuses or lie and say they will get someone out there to pick it up by early morning. I have complained and it does not do any good. This company needs to be shut down ASAP

This company SUCKS and should not even be a company. I haven't had one call back after leaving 4 voicemails and emails. They haven't picked up my trash in over 2 weeks and they are ignoring their customers. Save yourself the trouble and go to another company.

Elite Waste has been unreliable and I would not recommend them to anyone I know. After neglecting to pickup our waste, they further neglect to answer their phones. When I went to their office, the door was locked. Once I gained entry, the recpetionist told me their truck for my route had been stolen the Tuesday night before my Thursday pickup. She further stated that the truck was on it's way (Friday December 9, 2011). It's Tuesday December 13, 2011 and my waste is still waiting to be picked up.



I would have gladly accepted the fact that they were having problems and were working on getting to my waste. However, instead I was fed one lie after another. Therefore I have cancelled my service and taken my business elsewhere.

Don't waste your time with this company. Their service is terrible and unreliable. They never pick up on time and have skipped weeks between pick-ups. Customer service don't answer the phones or return any calls. I've been trying to cancel our service but they won't answer the phone. This is the worst service I have ever had from any business. They are not out of business, I finally got though on the phone. We did get a refund when I cancelled service and demanded it. I was told they would be out for the cans the next day and they still sit by the curb 5 months later. Good luck to anyone dealing with this company.

It has been 12 days with still no pickup and no calls returned or emails returned. I have attempted to contact this company several times. I started service November 1st and have had 3 pickups total and its December 12th! The Holidays are coming up and trash is piling up. This company is making our December a mess! I'm going to drive my trash to the dump today because I am not getting the service I paid for.
