        Poor quality

        I spent over $3000 on repairs to a portion of my roof. The roof never stopped leaking. Initially they came out for additional repairs. One of their managers suggested the work was of poor quality. He said the roof needed to be repaired again, after just over one year. After a month, I have received no estimate and they will not return my phone calls. Do not use this company.

        We did repair this customer's roof. We gave a one-year warranty on the portion we repaired because it tied into a much larger portion of the roof that he had already had done by another company. 1-1/2 years later he called with another leak in a different location. Our representative told him that he needed a new roof because whoever roofed it last did a poor job. He wasn't talking about the section we had done, that section was still in good condition. This customer was upset that the money he had spent did not permanently solve all of his roofing issues. But, all we can be responsible for is the work we have done.

        Quality You Can Trust!

        We used Atlanta Roofing Specialists to install our new roof on our home in East Cobb. The quality of workmanship that I witnessed made me change my original perceptions of roofers. This company was efficient, clean and the attention to detail was impressive. No nail guns or two by fours nailed into my roof so workers don't slip. These guys fixed siding issues, flashing, caulking and all the small details that are so important in a quality roof. The owner himself came out on four different occasions to ensure everything was perfect. A locally owned company that has the reputation, insurances, licenses, etc. that put a homeowner at ease. There are two things where I do not want the cheapest deal...heart surgery and a new roof. Thanks Kevin King and all the team at Atlanta Roofing Specialists!
