Contacted Daniel, owner of 2nd chance Bail locations in Marietta and Atlanta, BEFORE I turned myself in to Fulton County Jail to arrange bond. Signed contract, paid fee and they NEVER bailed me out. No apology I called Daniel regarding a low-level misdemeanor I received and wanted to arrange bail before I turned myself in at 930pm on a Wednesday, hoping to get in and out as quick as possible. The owner, Daniel, said that 'William', his night employee, was VERY well connected at the jail and would have me out quickly. He took all my information and girlfriends information as she was going to fill out paperwork and pay the fee the moment I turned myself in. She went to the facility, paid, filled out all paperwork and was told she would receive a call from William. No phone call was ever received from William, he did not answer the phone once when I used my two phone calls to call his office. Previous to filling out paperwork, he told my girlfriend that he spoke to me and expressed that he could not bail me out which was a complete lie. He then back-pedaled and stated that he got me confused with someone else and that he would have me out with no problem. They never responded to her after her payment, never bailed me out and as a result I spent 30 hours of HELL in Fulton county jail from their mistake. I will go to all lengths to make sure that this company is off of the approved bail bond list at the jail and no one else has to suffer due to their unprofessionalism, blatant lies and deceit.

I would like to personally thank Ryan for all his hard work. My husband was in jail in Cobb County and after long hours of trying to do a split property bond, with two properties, through the jail and getting denied, my father-in-law and i turned to Ryan. We had then planned on using one property and getting 2nd Chance to cover the rest of the bond so we wouldn't be out of pocket all the money. Well come to find out Cobb County had denied that request as well. But in turn Ryan and our lawyer Ms. Frye worked together and made calls to "higher up" people and managed to get my husband out of jail with Cobb County just using the 2 initial properties that had been previously denied. Ryan worked hard on my husband's case until he found a way to get him out of jail, even after he found out we wouldn't end up needing his servces he didn't stop until he got a resolution to our situation and also kept us informed every step of the way. Ryan, I truly thank you from the bottom of my heart. You made every process of this situation easier and less stressful.
