I do not like this place for the simple fact they keep the Barcode scanners facing toward customers, They don't seem to care about ppls safety
Amazing independent pharmacy, they really care what you will take and if it is good for you, have free delivery, and always try to low down the price of your prescription if is no cheaper, the same price of any other "big" pharmacy.and plus they were nice with me all the time that i needed to visit them.
they don't ever answer their phoneeven if you leave a message they don't call back
I do not have health insurance, and I have been sick the past few days. I was taking Allegra and Advil, and it hasn't helped. I've had a fever (of about 100), sinus pressure, pressure in the ears, sore throat, swollen & tender glands, headache, etc. So I decided to go to a CVS Minute Clinic, because I heard it was only $80 and they could prescribe antibiotics. What a total waste of my time and money. I didn't have to wait long, that is the only good thing I can say. I find out right off the bat that it is $100 instead of $80, since I am new, not including any tests. Then she wants to do a strep test. I used to get strep all the time, and it doesn't really feel like strep to me, but fine. She did a quick strep test, which came back negative. I thought it might be a sinus infection, because I have had a lot of sinus infections in the past. But no, she immediately said it is probably just a common cold and to keep taking what I was already taking. Then she said, "or it could be a false negative on the strep, we could send it out to a lab" (which of course is more money). I just wanted an antibiotic. I very rarely take antibiotics, it has been well over a year since I have. But she says that if it is a common cold, that it won't do any good, and we don't want to create resistance. Yes, I understand that, but you are also saying there is a chance it is something that you WOULD prescribe an antibiotic for. And since I so rarely take antibiotics, I am not concerned about resistance, I would like to cover my bases since what I've been using ISN"T WORKING. But no, she wouldn't prescribe me one, even though I expressed all of that. I paid $129 for ABSOLUTELY NOTHING... To be told to keep taking the over the counter things I am already taking that aren't working. Obviously I wouldn't be there if that was working. What a total rip-off. It makes me not want to go to CVS at all.
great store, good prices and have a warm welcome
Emmy first time been in the store I want able to get what I needed and the pharmacist helped me answer all my questions. The pharmacy also felt comfortable yo be in. If you have any chance to go or you are close to it take a chance and go,you will not regret it.
They billed my insurance for medicine they never prescribed me and could not legally prescribe me without the written prescription. They also told me I picked up 60 pills when my prescription is 30. I don't even know how a pharmacy can let something like this happen but I'd avoid them. Now I'm having to alert my doctor and insurance to figure out what to do.
Very friendly and helpful staff! They speak Spanish and English. They really seem to take an interest and help you out i would recommend them to anybody! They have very cheap prices and a lot of discounts!
These folks literally saved me by providing a migraine medication that no other pharmacies were providing (at least none that I could find). They were like family when I went in to get it. Then I found out that they can even mail the medicines to me!For people that have migraines, you know how hard it is to get certain medicines that work for you. Drug shortages are common nowadays. These folks are wonderful! I am so grateful to them.
